We are humans, which also means we will have junk food from time to time, or even every day; but if you like to eat these foods often, you might have to hold back a bit. According to The Kevin and Bean Show, the ten worst junk foods are:

This might have surprised you, since Mcdonald’s isn’t anywhere on that list, but it is what it is. You might think these aren’t the WORST, but you might change your mind after these nutrition facts.
10: Cake Pop = 200 calories, 24 mg of cholesterol, and 26 g of sugar in ONE cake pop.
9: Mountain Dew = 290 calories, unverified cholesterol, and 77 g of sugar in 20 oz.
8: Slim Jim’s = 40 calories, no sugar, and 5 mg of cholesterol.
7: Funyuns = 140 calories, and no cholesterol.
6: Snowballs = 134 calories, and 12.6 g of sugar
5: Taco Bell = (average of burrito products) 577 calories, 64 cholesterol, and 4 grams of sugar.
4: Pumpkin Spice Latte = 216 calories, 6 mg of cholesterol, and 38 g of sugar in a 12 fl oz drink.
3: Dunkin’ Donuts = 360 calories, 25 mg of cholesterol, and 19 g of sugar in one glazed donut.
