“Maybe ‘okay’ will be our ‘always,’ -John Green, The Fault in Our Stars. (TFIOS)

John Green has become a very popular author recently. His books came out many years ago, but he got very popular through his book, The Fault in Our Stars, 2012. And in the summer, the TFIOS movie will be coming out and it comes out on June 6th, 2014! Usually people read the book first, but you can decide if you want to or not here.

This book starts off with 16 year old Hazel Grace Lancaster. She is a cancer patient. I know that you’re thinking, “Oh, this book will make me cry,” or “This book sounds too sad.” Well, You are extremely right. Her mother decides that she is depressed, so she sends Hazel to a support group. There, she meets Augustus Waters. If you cannot tell already, Augustus is a love interest to Hazel in this book. You see as their relationship grows throughout the entire book. Some parts will be happy, but others won’t be. (If you are extremely emotional and get attached to fictional characters, I advise that you do not read this book.)

I can’t say much about this book without giving anything away, but I must assure you that it is a wonderful book. It’s highly recommended for anyone to read it! On a scale of 1-10, I would say it’s around an 8 or 9. So what are you waiting for? Start reading about Hazel, and if you’re up for it, more of John Green’s books! They are 100% amazing! All books of his, recommended. ☺
