She lives in a trailer Mommers who smokes, cusses, and leaves Addison alone a lot. Her step- dad Dwight is the perfect father. Addison’s little sisters also known as the Littles are all smiles just when Addison needs them to be. Even though her life isn’t perfect, Addison knows that she can make it through.

Addison makes friends just like the rest of us. Her friends aren’t normal, but they’re just what she needs. Soula is the owner of a supermarket close by to Addison’s trailer. Soula’s best friend Elliot and his boyfriend Rick give the book the perfect touch. If you’d like to know more, then all you have to do is get the book and read it!

Waiting for Normal can bring out your inner- emotions. It’s a hopeful story that makes you appreciate what you have.  On a scale of one to ten, this book is a ten because it gives hope and warms your heart.
